Frédérique brings a unique combination of dyslexic thinking, deep listening, cross-cultural insight, and decades of experience supporting people through change, wellbeing, and personal growth.
As one of the early pioneers of integrating coaching into the healthcare setting in Australia, her work has been shaped by years of observing the relationship between stress, self-talk, life choices, relationships, and wellbeing.
For more than a decade, professional coaches have also sought Frédérique’s support to help sustain their own wellbeing, self-awareness, and capacity while supporting others — a path that naturally led her into coaching supervision.
Her coaching is grounded, reflective, and deeply human. She creates a space where people can slow down, think more clearly, reconnect with themselves, and explore more conscious and meaningful ways of living.
