Frederique is passionate about helping her clients help themselves.
She has devoted the last 20 years to learning and practising coaching in every form, including health and wellness coaching and mental fitness / Positive Intelligence coaching.
Frederique holds registration with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach and is a member of the International Association for Counselors and Therapists (IACT).
She also supports professional coaches through coaching supervision.
