Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy
Our Approach
At Morris Wellness, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible care to all our patients. To ensure fairness and efficiency in scheduling, we have the following cancellation and non-attendance policy:
Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you cancel or reschedule within two (2) business days of your appointment, or fail to attend, a cancellation fee will be charged. This fee is equivalent to the cost of the consultation or procedure booked.

The cancellation fee will be waived only in cases of medical illness, provided you supply a medical certificate or equivalent documentation. Please note that this documentation is mandatory, and no exceptions will be made.

Patients with a history of three (3) or more missed appointments or late cancellations will be required to prepay for future consultations or treatments at the time of booking.

Any booking fees are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within two (2) business days of the scheduled time.
Late Arrivals

If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.

While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, significant delays may require rescheduling to avoid disrupting other patients.

If your appointment must be rescheduled due to lateness, the full cancellation fee will apply, equal to the cost of the consultation or procedure booked.
